Our customer is eligible for a Return/Refund if they meet the following requirements:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging (with original tags and identification sticker)
- Item must have a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to deny the return of any item if the customer is proved frequently returning purchases or if the product has been used.
- We have the right to refuse orders from the customer who is proved frequently returning purchases.
- If the customer meets the above requirements and approved, we will refund the item amount to them (excluding the amount of the shipping fees)
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Customers cannot cancel the pre-ordered item once the order is placed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order immediately before we ship the items to you.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed depends on the mode of payment the customer has made for payment (excluding the amount of the shipping fees):
- Will be refunded through your original card payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund transfer to be completed (kindly consider that it depends on your issuing bank procedures as well).
- You may send us a request if you wanted to have your refund in a form of Credit Voucher.
- Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded in a form of a Credit Voucher which you can use to purchase another item on our website.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, Items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.

Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to be collected may vary.
- You may cancel your order immediately before we ship the items to you.
- Cancellation of orders will be only acceptable within the 12-hour window from the order was made.
