    COD Terms & Conditions:

    * Only cash payments will be accepted upon delivery.
    * No order cancellations are allowed. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you need to return an item due to a size change or if you dislike the product, please contact BIGSHIPDUBAI for information on return procedures and fees.
    * The courier will not accept returned items at the time of delivery.

         

        COD Payment Instructions:

        Kindly hand over your payment to the delivery person. We are not encouraging order cancellations upon delivery.

              * Once your return is received, inspected and prove that the fault is not on us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
